In 2023, we proudly partnered with The Boeing Company USA, providing candidates with exclusive access to insights from world-class engineers, recruiters, and leadership teams—an experience rarely available to students in Indonesia.
About the Program
The Global Career Challenge aims to help participants:
- Discover their strengths and career potential
- Clarify professional goals and pathways
- Identify skill gaps and learn how to close them
- Gain hands-on knowledge about global recruitment standards and expectations
Through workshops, recruitment challenges, and mentoring sessions, this program empowers students with the confidence and competence required for international careers.

The Winner will travel to the U.S. in November 2024* to participate in an immersive learning and professional development experience. - Certificate of Completion – Resume Workshop
